Edith F. Armstrong, born on April 8, 1920 at Lockbourne, OH to Hanford and Minnie Costlow went home to be with her Lord on July 4, 2011. She was a former employee of Timken Roller Bearing and Owner of Pink Stilts. She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters, Carrie, Alice, Betty, Arnetta and Irene and one brother, Stanley. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Thomas Armstrong and one devoted son, Stephen C. Armstrong. She was also survived by one sister, Wilma and several nieces and nephews. Edith was a long time devoted member of Lockbourne Church of Christ in Christian Union. She held the offices of missionary president and young at heart president. Edith was well loved and known by all for her love and devotion to her family, friends and church. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday July 8, 2011 at the Lockbourne C.C.C.U. Burial will be in Obetz Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
