Edward Copas

Edward E. Copas, 64, of Laurelville, died April 6, 2012 at his residence. He was born August 10, 1947 in Columbus the son of Charles and Katherine (Taylor) Copas. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam War and worked for many years at A T& T. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Patty Riley. Edward is survived by his wife Emily (Stacey) Copas, children Angie Wells, Lisa Leddingham, Carla Copas and Stacey Romine, grandchildren Melissa Buskirk, Stephen Yeary, Zach Leddingham, Mackenzie and Mallory Wells, Carlie Copas, T.J. Romine and Madison Copas, great-grandchild Kenzie Yeary and sister Tina Copas. Edward was a loving husband, father and grandfather and he will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were completed by Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.
