Eleanor Lewis

Eleanor J. Lewis, 98 of Circleville, died May 19, 2013 at Pickaway Manor. She was born December 18, 1914 in Circleville, the daughter of James and Mabel (Green) Dade. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Lewis; daughter, Mary Lou Phifer; 4 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by her children, Eleanor Jane Smith, JoAnn (Thomas) Phillips and John (Sheila) Lewis, Jr.; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; sister, Margaret Bryant and brother, James Dade, Jr. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Second Baptist Church, 130 West Mill St. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.
