Elizabeth Yaple

Elizabeth G. “Lissa” Yaple, 76 of Circleville, passed away Wednesday February 20, 2013. She was born February 4, 1937 in Circleville, to the late Harrison Bishop and Elizabeth Given. Lissa graduated from Circleville High School and attended Ohio University in Athens. She was an accomplished artist and a member of the Circleville Art League. She was an avid arrow head hunter and a Cincinnati Reds baseball fan. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Glenn Yaple; son, G.R. (Anita) Yaple; daughter, Beth (Ray) McGuffey; granddaughter, Gina (D.J.) Roberts; grandson, Russell Yaple; great granddaughter, Elle Roberts and sisters, Linda (John) Stevenson and Lydia Argo. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
