Elma Dorsey

Elma E. Dorsey, 81, of Circleville passed away on January 27, 2016 in Columbus. She was born on December 7, 1934 in Wolf County, Kentucky to Carl and Rhoda (Dunn) Miller. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Jack Dorsey, brothers; Ray and David Miller and sister; Eula DeBoard. Elma is survived by sons; Sam (Michelle), Steve (Kim) Dorsey, daughters; Cindy (Gary) Boylan, Crystal and Carmen Dorsey, 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, sisters; Arlene Simms, Patty Binkley and Gayle Simms and by brothers; Paul and Fred Miller. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Locust Grove Cemetery in Vinton County.
