Elsie Steele

Elsie M. Steele, 91, of Stoutsville passed away on December 22, 2016 in Frankfort. She was born on February 19, 1925 in Circleville to Austin and Mazie (Danner) Collins. She was a charter member of Praise Memorial Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Clyde Steele and by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Elsie is survived by her daughters; Carolyn Steele and Nancy (Jeff) Johnson, 3 grandsons; Jason, Andrew and Daniel, one sister; Hazel Westbury and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.
