Estill Burchett

Estill “Gus” Burchett, 78, of Bremen passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center. He was born on May 22, 1936 in Louisa, Kentucky to David and Rosa (Foster) Burchett. He retired from Fairfield Union Schools after 33 years of service and was owner of Burchett Trucking. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife; Ella Marlene (Conald) Burchett, brother; Bob Burchett and his faithful dog Muffin. Gus is survived by his wife; Phyllis Moyer-Burchett, sons; David Alan “Bo” (Rita) Burchett, Michael Figgins, daughters, Katherine “Lori” Sutton and friend, Frank Goyne, sisters; Glenda (Fred) Mullet, Jan Schlegler, and Ailene Herron, grandchildren; Maria (Kevin) Lanane, Mindy Adams and friend Greg Morrison, Kayla Wright and friend Kyle Johnson, Rachel and Sam Foucart, 2 great grandchildren; Mason and Marlena and by stepchildren; Chris (Lara) Wright, Wendy (David) Foucart. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:30.
