Etta I. Haynes, 88, of Circleville passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Pickaway Manor. She was born on February 12, 1926 in Circleville to Roscoe and Susan (Boggs) Skaggs. Etta was a 1944 graduate of Circleville High School and retired from the State of Ohio and was a former Circleville Herald employee. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Edgar Haynes, siblings; Russel, George and Hazel Skaggs. Etta is survived by her children; William (Svitlana) Haynes, Earl (Ellen) Haynes and Susan (Dave) Sowers, grandchildren; Hillary (James) Christman, John, Mackenzie, Katia and Charlie Haynes and by great grandchildren; James and Hannah Christman. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 11-1.
