Evelyn Morris

Evelyn L. Morris, 92, of Ashville passed away on March 13, 2017. She was born on June 4, 1924 in Newark. In addition to her mother Mary Mills she was preceded in death by her husband Carlton Morris and a daughter Sandy Morris. Evelyn was retired from Teays Valley and Circleville Schools where she was a custodian. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Evelyn is survived by her children Fred (Ruth Ann) and Steven (Candy) Morris, Hope Leach, Denise Wiley and Carlton Morris, grandchildren Mark, Tim, Michele, Sarah, Ryan, Melanie, Chris, Kimberly, David and Donald and by several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12-2. The family wishes to thank Mt. Carmel Hospice and Monterey Care Center for their special care of Evelyn.
