Everett N. Ratcliff, 97, of Circleville, died October 22, 2012 at Logan Elm Health Care. He was born July 13, 1915 in Eagle Twp., Vinton County, the son of Noah and Bertha (Routte) Ratcliff. He was an ordained minister with the Churches of Christ in Christian Union. He pastored several churches including Boblett, Pleasant Valley Holiness, Beulah Chapel, Bonds Chapel, New Holland, Valley View, Lockbourne and Otterbein Chapel. He was a member of the Lockbourne Church of Christ in Christian Union. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Freda (Iles) Ratcliff; son-in-law, Lewis Kesterson, Jr.; grandson, Lewis Duane Kesterson; sisters, Marie Buckley, Olivia Clary, Iva Clayton and Marilyn Arledge and brothers Linza and Howard Ratcliff. He is survived by his daughter, Naomi Kesterson of Grove City; son, Meredith (Goldie) Ratcliff of Circleville; 4 grandchildren, Sheila (Keith) Reed of Grove City, Teresa (Rick) Grimmett of Ashville, Stephen (Bobbi) Ratcliff of Circleville and Brock (Krista) Ratcliff of Greenfield; 9 great grandchildren, Lindsey and Leah Grimmett, Brian, Kristina and Michael Reed, Madison, Claire, Drew and Mason Ratcliff. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
