Florence Kneece

Biography Florence Kneece, 86, of Circleville, died July 30, 2010 in Circleville. She was born July 20, 1924 in Morrow County, the daughter of William and Easter (Lute) Hastings. Florence was a retired cook at Ohio Christian University. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Melvin, daughter, Karen Fenneken, sisters, Ima Jean Christopher and Ruth Cottrel and brothers, Charles “Doe”, Alfred “Algie”, Clarence “Biggie”, Carl, Paul, Dan, Marvin “Bud” and William Jr. “Fat” Hastings. Florence is survived by her children; William M (Shirley) Hastings, Kathy (Hemlon) Ritchie, Corina (Earl) Christopher, son-in-law, Willard Joseph Fenneken, 9 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, Aug. 2, 2010 at 11:30 am at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Paul Elswick officiating. Burial will follow in Springlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 pm.
