Forrest Mumaw, Sr

Forrest C. Mumaw, Sr., 60, of Circleville, died May 14, 2013 at Riverside Hospital. He was born March 4, 1953 in Circleville, the son of George and Betty (Miller) Mumaw. He was preceded in death by his parents and his companion, Anna Giffin. He is survived by his children, Misty (Kevin Blevins) Mumaw, Forrest (Marcy) Mumaw and Betty (Bill Blackburn) Mumaw; grandchildren, McKaya, Forest III, Jessica, Dawn, Jayden and David; brothers, George Mumaw and Charles Giffin and nephews, Tommy and George Mumaw. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Friday May 17, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of service.
