Forrest Phillips

Forrest E. Phillips, 82, of Circleville, died October 12, 2009 at his residence. He was born January 2, 1927 in Fairfield County, the son of George and Grace (Pontius) Phillips. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Angelia Joyce; brother, Carl Phillips and son-in-law, David Roy. He is survived by his wife, Margaret “Katie” (Linton) Phillips; daughters, Donna Roy of Circleville and Conda (Richard) Wood of Ashville; sons, Dan (Kathy) Phillips of Circleville and Mark (Karena) Phillips of Circleville; sisters-in-law, Shirley Linton, Mary Phillips and Linda Alexander; brothers-in-law, Nate Barnes and David Linton; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday October 17, 2009 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Berger Hospice.
