Frances Louise (Fox) Hovatter

Frances Hovatter, 84, of Circleville passed away on July 27, 2022.  She was born on September 5, 1937 in Laurelville to Eldon and Nellie (Lindsey) Fox.  She had worked for Owens Illinois and retired from Columbus Industries.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gary Keith Hovatter, son Michael Hovatter and by siblings Richard, Melvin and Douglas Fox.  Frances is survived by her son Gary Hovatter, brother-in-law Richard Hovatter, sisters-in-law Alice Spellman, Pat Hovatter, Karen Unger, Diane Hovatter and Chloe Hovatter, several nieces and nephews and by special friends Ginger Ritchie and Linda Godan.  A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.    Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
