Frances Scarberry, 71, of Circleville, died August 24, 2012 at Berger Hospital. She was born June 23, 1941 in Kentucky, the daughter of Willie and Elizabeth (Jarrell) Adkins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Estill Scarberry; 1 grandson; brothers, Roy and Gary Adkins and sister, Brenda Long. She is survived by her children, Kay (Robert) Marshall of Pomeroy, Estill (Kimberly) Scarberry, Jr. of Circleville and George (Angela) Scarberry of Laurelville; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers, Elsworth and Orville Johnson of Circleville, Robert Johnson of Chillicothe, Billy Johnson of Ashville, John and Woodrow Adkins of Springfield; sisters, Jeanie Adkins of Springfield, Imajean Castle of Bellefontaine and Mary Summers of FL; boyfriend, Jerry Goode and his family, Jerry Lee, Connie, Wiley, Minnie Rose and Mandy. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday August 28, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
