Frederick Nungester

Frederick H. “Freddie” Nungester, 57, of Chillicothe, died September 5, 2011 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born September 9, 1953 in Circleville the son of George “Fred” and Barbara (Parker) Nungester. Freddie was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a member of Amvets and American Legion. He was an avid Drag Racer, was in a CB club,played in Windy Ridge Band and Drifter Band and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his father and son, Troy Nungester. Freddie is survived by his mother and step-father Barbara (Robert) Kneece, wife Vickie (Johnson) Nungester, daughters Angie (Mike) Likens and Emily Nungester, step-son Dwight “Mikie” Whitt, grandchildren Cierra and Mikey Likens, D’Nika and Unique Nungester, step-grandchildren Andrew, Kyndal and Caleb Whitt, sisters Deb (Dude) Harper and Rhonda (Scott) Dodd, brother Glenn (Kathy) Nungester, half-sister Misty Nungester, mother and father-in-law Robert and Etta Callahan, several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews,special friends Lena and Jeannie Ross and his dog Spanky. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 10, 2011 at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Pastor James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with military graveside honors. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wellman F.H. in Freddie’s name
