Frederick Overly

Frederick W. Overly, 90, of Circleville, passed away on October 19, 2012 at his residence. He was born on November 21, 1921 in Clarksburg, the son of Clifford and Clarris L. (Willis) Overly. On January 31, 1944 he married Opal E. Russel at the Williamsport Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Opal; son, Michael R. brother, Dwight E. Overly and sister, Helen L. Keller. He is survived by his sons, Richard (Marquita) Overly of Orient and Daniel (Glenna) Overly of Circleville; grandchildren, Stacy (Cindy) Overly of Chillicothe, Shannon (Heather) Overly of Hilliard, Shauna (Mark) Ishikawa of Las Vegas, NV, Brian (Jenny) Overly of Atlanta, GA, Chris (Samantha) Overly of Williamsport, Dawnaka (Kevin) Meyer of Louisville, Jason (Missy) Overly of East Sparta and Angela Overly of Reynoldsburg; 21 great grandchildren, who he loved very much; brothers, Thomas (Ilene) Overy of New Holland and Joe (Ruth) Overly of Washington Court House and sister-in-law, Letitia Overly of Circleville. All his friends and family members knew how much Frederick loved his wife Opal and we all now find comfort in knowing he is home and reunited with his beloved Opal. Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday October 25, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Jackson Twp. Cemetery.
