Garnetta Coleman

Garnetta V. Coleman, 75, of Williamsport, died August 28, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born May 25, 1937 in Scioto County, the daughter of Millard and Nellie (Scarberry) Vance. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, William Coleman, Jr. and sister, Mauritta Pfeifer. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Coleman; children, Willa (Neil) Meredith and Chad Coleman; daughter-in-law, Charmaine Coleman; grandchildren, Shawn (Becka) Coleman, Nathan (Brandie) Coleman, Bridget (Brad) Smith, Madison and Archer Meredith and Samantha Coleman; 6 great grandchildren and sister, Loretta Grimm. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday August 31, 2012 at New Holland church of Christ in Christian Union. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery.
