Gary Greene

Gary Greene, 82, of Circleville passed away on March 5, 2025. He was born on October 31, 1942 in Volga, WV to Ralph and Myrtle (Simons) Greene. He retired from E.I. Dupont and was a Marine Veteran. Gary enjoyed being a transport driver for Mike Vallery and then Coughlin. He also liked to fish, ride motorcycles, camping and back packing and golf carting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Nancy Greene and several special aunts and uncles. Gary is survived by his wife Debbie (Sark) Greene; children Scott and Cindy Greene; brother David (Shirley) Greene; special aunt Alma Simons; God daughter Abby Greene; nieces Shonnie and Sherri Smith; nephew Barry Fowler “Bink”; cousins Sandy Slusher, Sherry Grimes, Teresa Baker, Steven “T-Bird” Simons, Patty Tranham and other nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hitler Ludwig Cemetery with Pastor Greg Gardner officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11-12:30 with a time of sharing at 12:30 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of choice.
