Georgia Mckenzie

Georgia “Polly” McKenzie, 86 of Circleville, died November 8, 2011 at Logan Elm Health Care. She was born August 15, 1925 in Vinton County, the daughter of George and Margaret (Disbennett) Arledge. She was retired from General Electric, Walmart and The Circleville Herald. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul McKenzie; daughter, Sue Ann Conners; brother, Charles Arledge and sisters, Kate Yerian, Dorothy Thompson and Betty Seymour. She is survived by her children, George, Gary, Rick and Danny Chaffin, Debra (Jim) Good and Brenda (Paul) King; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Graveside Service will be held Friday November 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Meade Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice. Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. The family wishes to thank Logan Elm Health Care for many years of service to our family, and Heartland Hospice for caring for our mother.
