Harold Arter

Harold Arter, 69, passed away on May 29, 2014. He was born on June 18, 1944 in Lancaster, Ohio to Harold and Bernice (Graf) Arter. He retired from Western Southern Insurance Company. He was preceded in death by his parents. Harold is survived by his wife Sharon (Tatman) Arter, son, Andrew Arter, step-father, Herman (Anne) Sharp, step-daughters, Kristal Clark, Sherryl Carroll, sisters, Kay (Jerry) Hoskins, Sandy (Greg) White, Lee Boyce, brothers, Pete (Becky) and Kyle (Sharon) Sharp, granddaughters, Tristan, Alexzandria, Savannah Arter, Sondra (Adam) Dettwiller, Becky (Jeremiah) Johnson, grandsons, Nathain Carroll, Tyler Arter, 8 great grandchildren, and very special friend Aaron McCord. There will be no calling hours or funeral service observed. Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville is handling the arrangements.
