Harva Spangler

Harva L. Spangler, 82, of Circleville, died August 25, 2013 at Mt. Carmel East. She was born February 27, 1931 in Van Lear, KY, the daughter of William and Hettie (Harris) Sparks. She was a member of Community United Methodist Church and retired from Cellar Lumber. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers and 5 sisters. She is survived by her husband, R. Doyle Spangler; children, Debra (Mark) Crowthers of Columbus, R. Douglas (JoAnn) Spangler of Sunbury and Cheryl Spangler of Grove City; grandsons, Benjamin and Jeremy Spangler; great grandchildren, Landon, Katie and Lilly; brother, Gene (Beverly) Sparks of Columbus and sisters, Bertha Van Brimmer of Delaware and Betty (Bernard) Stauch of Sunbury. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday August 28, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Rev. Barry Burns officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Community UMC.
