Helen (Crumley) Hamilton, 60, of Amanda formerly of Williamsport, died June 24, 2009 at Big Cypress Preserve, FL. She was born October 24, 1948 in Groveport, the daughter of Loren and Louise (Saltzgaber) Herron. She graduated from Groveport High School and Ohio State University and was a member of Cedar Hill Calvary United Methodist Church. She is retired with 30 years of service from State of Ohio Dept. of Education School Food Service. Most recently since retiring she “volunteered” in Grand Teton National Park, WY and Big Cypress Preserve, FL where she passed away doing what she really enjoyed. Her hobbies were water color painting, making afaghans and fishing with her husband. They were full time RVers. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Tim; son, Tracy (Becky) of Wooster; daughter, Trinna (Jeremy) Archer of North Baltimore; grandsons, Tyler and T.J.; brother, Howard (Carolyn) Crumley of Amanda; nephew, Kyle; cousin, Walter (Nancy) Herron of Kingston. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday June 29, 2009 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Phyllis Riggs officiating. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
