Along with her passion for nursing she enjoyed history, antiques (specifically furniture and teapots) attributed mostly by her love of her English and German heritage. She also enjoyed gardening and studying genealogy. Her greatest loves were her two daughters, her grandsons, Cameron and Joshua whom she loved “to the moon & back”, her significant other, Gene Gray and his family and Mousey, her faithful Chihuahua. She was a member of Emmett Chapel United Methodist Church. Thank you specifically to the The James Cancer Hospital floor 7 staff and all of the wonderful staff at Brown Memorial Nursing Home. Each and everyone of you always had a kind word to say of her as did she all of you. A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday February 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Emmett Chapel UMC with Pastor Jeff Julian officiating. A light luncheon will be served afterwards. Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
