Herbert Hendrix

Herbert Hendrix, 89, of Circleville passed away on February 6, 2022.  He was born on September 26, 1932 in Hazy, WV to Herbert and Mona (Boggess) Hendrix. He was a 21 year Veteran of the Air Force.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  Herbert was a Union Electrician, a proud Democrat, 1st generation bluegrass musician, loved playing bluegrass and loved his pets.  Herbert is survived by his wife Peggy (Fraunfelter) Hendrix, children Phyllis (Robert) Romaniw, Doug (Kim) Hendrix, Dean (Shelly) Hendrix, Dale (Waldena) Hendrix, many grandchildren and many great grandchildren, siblings Hazel, Carl, Louie, Sarah and Marie and by his pets; dog JJ and many cats.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Cremation will follow.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-3 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to American Diabetes Association.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
