Hershall Parsley Sr., 71, of Laurelville passed away on October 13, 2021. He was born on September 27, 1950 in Paintsville, KY to William and Mary (Bowens) Parsley Sr. He was preceded in death by his father and siblings William Parsley Jr. and Linda Holobaugh. Hershall is survived by his mother Mary, loving companion Joyce Haines, children Hershall (Tricia) Parsley Jr., Amy Parsley Frazier, William (Brandi Ann) Parsley, grandchildren Dillion Decker, Hannah Parsley, Anyssa Giffin, Emily and Kyle Frazier, 5 great grandchildren, brothers Bob and Larry Parsley and by sister Deb Pickering. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Reber Hill Cemetery.
