Howard Fletcher

Howard E. Fletcher, 69, of Circleville passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015. He was born on July 1, 1945 in Circleville to Charles and Effie (Hill) Fletcher. Howard, a Vietnam Air Force Veteran retired from Kenworth. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife, Eva (Ramsey) Fletcher, children; Jamie (Brent) Fleming, Brent (Marilyn) Fletcher, Gene (Monica) Fletcher, Stephanie Gibson, several grand and great grandchildren and by brother; Thomas (Elaine) Fletcher and sister; Linda (Richard) Williams. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial with full military honors to be bestowed at the graveside in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from noon until the time of service. Family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home in Howard’s name.
