Jack Fowler

Jack W. Fowler, 53, of Circleville, passed away April 14, 2011 surrounded by his family. Jack was born October 31, 1957 in Chillicothe, the son of Albert and Lillis (Morris) Fowler. He married Cathy (Bower), September 17, 1977 in Chillicothe. Jack has three children, Justin (Dareth), Chase and Kaci Fowler all of Circleville; 4 grandchildren, Santana and Blain Fowler, Dillon and Brooklyn Walisa; 2 step-children, Jordon and Cheyenne Griffith; sisters, Roberta (John) Raymond of Chillicothe, Carol (Russell) Smith of AL, Sheila Thompson of Chillicothe and Annette (Dave) Vance of Hillsboro; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents; brother, Alfred “Steve” Fowler and sister, Brenda Fowler. Cremation has taken place and a public graveside service will be held at Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery in Circleville on April 19, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
