James Fox

James D. Fox Jr., 57, of Kingston, died January 23, 2010 at Adena Hospital. He was born July 21, 1952 in Columbus the son of James D. and Thelma (Matheny) Fox. James was in the National Guard for 6 years, was previously employed by Kenworth, was an Auxiliary Deputy for the Pickaway Co. Sheriff’s Office and was a past Free Mason Scioto Lodge #0006. He was preceded in death by his father and brother Gary. He is survived by his mother, wife Sherry (McAfee) Fox, daughter Carla (Scott) French of Kingston, son James D. (Christina) Fox, III of Kingston, grandchildren Scott French, Jr., Logan French, James D. Fox, IV and Hailey Fox, sister Kim LaFortune of MA, nieces Megan, Ashley and Haley and nephew Jaime. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday January 27, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Meade Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Salem United Methodist Church.
