James Kelley

James Leo Kelley, 27, of Circleville passed away on March 14, 2017. He was born on July 28, 1989 in Hillsboro to Nicholas and Paula (Keaton) Kelley. He was preceded in death by a sister Amanda Kelley. James is survived by his parents, wife Angel (Arnold) Kelley, children Addison, Carson, Jackson, Payton, Sydney and Isabella, brother Robert Payne, step mom Ginger Kelley and by grandfather John Keaton and by grandmother, Ruby Dunn.
