James Shepherd

James Walter Shepherd, 53, of Ashville passed away on April 18, 2016. He was born on November 24, 1962 in Circleville to Frank and Mae (Cottrell) Shepherd. He was preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by his brothers; Gary, Kenny and Frank Shepherd. Funeral services will be held at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Noon with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Reber Hill Cemetery.
