James E. Stepp, 70, of Laurelville passed away on February 24, 2016. He was born on July 5, 1945 in Inez, Kentucky to the late Jesse and Nola Stepp. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran and retired from maintenance at Johnson Controls. James is survived by his wife; Barbara Stepp, children; Tammy, Kenneth, Mark and Gary, 10 grandchildren and 11great grandchildren and by sisters; Doris DePriest, Helen Driere and Billie Webster. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 29, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Pastor Brian Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1.
