James Strawser

James Strawser, 78, of Circleville died on Friday, July 4, 2014. He was born on February 2, 1936 in Circleville to Edward and Minnie (Cooper) Strawser. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Edward “Yock” and Richard Strawser and by son-in-law, Herbert Stowe. James is survived by his wife, Mildred Cecilia (Wilkinson) Strawser, children, Deborah Stowe, Jamie (Paul) Miller, David “Butch” Strawser, Christopher (Nicole) Strawser, 8 grandchildren, Larry, Meagan, Erika, Nate, Molly, Jessie, Seth, Sydney, 1 great grandchild, Gabriella, brothers, John and Donald Strawser and by sisters, Betty Neal and Margaret Downing. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from noon until 2:00.
