Janet (Borders) Marcello Ratcliff

Janet Marcello Ratcliff, 66, of Stoutsville passed away on July 5, 2018.  She was born on December 20, 1951 in Columbus to Gay and Zula (Hall) Borders.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  Janet is survived by Terry Ratcliff whom she has been with for 17 ½ years, children Mary Dennis, Theresa Marcello and William “Billy” Marcello, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and by brothers Larry and Jack Borders and sister Alice Parsley.  Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston.  Wellman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
