Jeannine Marilyn Doering, 82, born June 7, 1932 passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Riverside Hospital with grandson and granddaughter at her bedside. She was preceded in passing by husband, Gerald Doering, mother; Mildred Bell grandparents; Ruth and Sam Greenlee. Jeannine is survived by daughter; Susan Doering, grandson, Jeremy Doering, granddaughter; Erica (Tony) Fowler, great grandson, Case Lewis, great granddaughters; Breeana, Tia and Taylor Fowler, sister, Connie (Fred) McGlone, nephew; Doug (Tammy) McGlone and son Drew, niece; Jill (Bill) Kakis and daughter, Camyden. Jeannine graduated from Circleville High School where she participated in choir, several clubs, loving music, to sing she was asked to sing the Star Spangled Banner on Main Street Platform Stage to open Circleville Pumpkin Show till 1960. At 16 she worked at Perfume Counter at Murphy’s, Stock Yards, Wagner’s Flowers, Savings Bank for quite a few years and retired after 25 years from Circleville City School System at Nicholas Drive as secretary, to this day, her and quite a lot of students have kept in touch. Jeannine had a passion for life. The biggest was spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren who she was so very proud of. Her other passions were word find books, watching “Big Bang Theory” and wrestling on T.V., talking with friends on the phone, gardening and yard saling. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Floral Hills Cemetery.
