Jeffrey Grate

Jeffrey D. Grate, 59, of Frankfort, died January 17, 2015 at his residence. He was born October 4, 1955 in Meigs County, the son of Harley and Donna (Stewart) Grate. He was an U.S. Army veteran and retired from Edwards Insulation. He was preceded in death by his father, Harley Grate and mother, Donna Lathey. He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Lemaster) Grate to whom he married on July 30, 2010; daughter, Kristina (Jaycee) Grate Zhang; stepchildren, Eric (Whitney) Allen, Carrie (Steve) Baker and Tylor Lemaster; grandchildren, Blake, Brooke, Emma, Dakota and Anna; brother, Greg (Elizabeth) Lathey; niece Hayley Lathey; sisters-in-law, Sally Lemaster, Sharon Benedum and Sandy (Carl) Robinson. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday January 22, 2015 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Twp.
