Jerry Hoover

Jerry Hoover, 27, of Toledo, died November 26, 2011 in Columbus as a result of an accident. He was born November 8, 1984 in Circleville, the son of Gerald and Kathy (Reicher) Hoover. He was the general manager for Fastenal. He loved the Cleveland Browns, playing golf and enjoyed fantasy football leagues, Ohio State and Dillon his dog. He was preceded in death by his ½ brother, Shaun Hoover; uncle, John Reicher and aunt, Tammy Slifko. He is survived by his father and mother, Jerry (Diane) Hoover; birth mother, Kathy (Bill) Bethel; brothers, Justin and Travis Dresbach; ½ brother, Josh (Kara) Cramlett; ½ sister, Kim Griffith; paternal grandmother, Alice (Del) Severing; step grandmother, Jean Hedges; fiancé, Lindsay Williams; aunts and uncles, Brian (Sara) Hoover, Ronnie (Vicki) Hoover, Sherry Campbell, Mary (Danny) Elswick, Craig (Janet) Hedges, Steve (Barb) Hedges, Walter (Rachel) Reicher, Robert (Penny) Reicher, Karen (Kent) Doutt and James Slifko; nieces and nephew, Lucille, Brittany and Brandon; and special cousins, Katie ( Mike) Harlor, Chris (Jill) Hedges, Heather (Jim) Hedges, Scott (Debby) Hedges, Josh (Tasha) Elswick and Todd (Eileen) Elswick; numerous other cousins and many, many friends who loved him dearly. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday December 1, 2011 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery, Columbus. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to charity of choice in Jerry’s name.
