Joann Lowery

Joann (Smith) Lowery, 79, of Circleville, died March 19, 2013 at her residence. She was born June 4, 1933 in Ross County, the daughter of David and Flora (Skaggs) Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Lowery, Sr.; grandson, James “PeeWee” Lowery; 11 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Arthur (Robin) Lowery, Jr., Larry (Tammy) Lowery, Sharon (Lloyd) Walls, William Lowery, David (Teresa) Lowery, and Jimmy (Dorothy) Lowery; former daughters-in-law, Diane and Donna; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother, David “Dude” Smith; sister, Delitha Davis; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Chris Lambert. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Thursday March 21, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Rev. William Haddox officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
