John L. Arthurs, 66, of New Holland passed away on March 29, 2016. He was born on March 28, 1950 in Olive Hill, Kentucky to John and Iva (Jordan) Arthurs. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Robert and Harry, sisters; Margaret and Mary Frank. John is survived by his wife; Carol (Hodge) Arthurs, children; Jeannie (Eddie) , Candy , John, Sonya (Chris) , Robert (Carolyn) , Steven (Kristin) , Travis (Brittney), Jaylissa, 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brothers; Hubert (Darlene), Dennie (Pam), George (Sandy), sisters; Faye (Troy) and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Springbank Cemetery.
