John Payne, 81, of Circleville passed away on May 27, 2017. He was born on February 17, 1936 in Ross County to Earl and Myrtle (Perry) Payne. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen. John is survived 2 grandchildren, sister Wyoma Brown and brother Ward Payne. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31m 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Ron Goodling officiating. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery.
