John Payne

John W. “Bill” Payne, 70, of Kingston, died April 8, 2014 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. He was born September 2, 1943 in Pickaway County, the son of Elmer and Mamie (Stevens) Payne. He retired from Continental Real Estate in 2005. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Keith Payne. He is survived by his mother; loving wife of 46 years, Judy (Perry) Payne; daughter, Jane (Jonathan Brown) Skaggs; son, Kenny (Joyce) Skaggs; grandson, Jeremy Skaggs; sisters, Betty (Merl) Jarrell and Mary Graham and special friend, Jack Fisher and many more. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 12, 2014 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
