John Peele

John W. Peele, 60, of Circleville passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2014. He was born on October 2, 1954 in Williamston, North Carolina to Joe Lester and Isolene (Maye) Peele Sr. John was raised in Williamston. He graduated from Williamston, North Carolina in 1973, served in Marines, Army Reserves and Army National Guard Unit 216 and was employed at CCI, Chillicothe and State Honor Guard Team and a member of Second Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, sister, Ludia (Peele) Burden and his grandparents. John is survived by his wife, Toni (Hill) Peele, his mother, Isolene Peele, daughters; Rhonata (Jared) Hurwitz and Terry (Tony) Marrow both of North Carolina, stepsons; Tyronne and Derek Lewis of Circleville, 7 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, brothers; Joe Lester (Marie) Peele Jr. of Columbus, Eddie (Victoria), Ronnie (Cynthia), Timothy (Lynn) Peele all of North Carolina, brother-in-laws; Leon Burden of North Carolina, Terry Hill of Maryland, sisters; Alice (Jimmy) Slade of North Carolina, Isolene Mary Peele of North Carolina, mother and father in law; Paul and Charlotte Hill and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends including special friend; Janet Netter. The family wishes to thank all family and friends and Berger Hospice, Berger Hospital and Bradley Cancer Center. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville Reverend James Lewis and Pastor Derrick Holmes officiating.
