John Schweitzer

John Matthew Schweitzer, 62, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 10, 2017 surrounded by family and friends. He was born October 5, 1954 to the late John William and Emma O’Keefe Schweitzer. Proceeded in death by brother, Frank. John is survived by his wife, Laura Schweitzer; children Eric (Apryll) Schweitzer, Michaela (Steve) Oliver, Paul (Jamie) Schweitzer, Nyle (Danielle) Schweitzer; thirteen grandchildren and Sharon Schweitzer. He loved golfing, the Ohio State Buckeyes, being outdoors, family and friends but most of all his grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10-12.
