John Seyfang, Sr

John David Seyfang, Sr., born August 15, 1944 went to be with the Lord, September 22, 2010. He was the son of the late John and Margie Seyfang of Circleville. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Stephanie Seyfang Bard. He is survived by his sister, Kaye (Terry) Thompson of Canal Winchester; sons, John Seyfang, II, Christopher (Cassy) Seyfang all of Circleville and Shannon Seyfang (Brandy Quesinberry) of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Courtney Gibbs of Hilliard, Madison and Isaac Cohl Seyfang of Circleville, Shane and Sarah Seyfang and Alaina Diehl of Circleville; nephews, Terry (Gianna) Gerry and Larry (Jennifer) Thompson of Columbus. He was also survived by his confidant, love and best friend, Deb Hanley. John will always be fondly remembered for his sense of humor, sharp wit and love for his family. John was a member of the Amvets. John will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Dr. Doyne Wiggins officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Donations can be made to Wellman Funeral Home on his behalf.
