Joseph L. Banks, 60, of Washington Court House passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born on September 11, 1950 in Washington Court House to Arthur and Mabel (Pollard) Banks.
Mr. Banks was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Mabel of Washington C.H., his children, Clifton Banks of Cleveland, Courtney Banks of Columbus, Brooke and Brandon Dunn both of Washington C.H., three grandchildren, his brother of Texas, James Pollard, special aunt, Lucille and by a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highlawn Cemetery. There will be no viewing prior to services.
Family asks that memorial contributions be sent to Advantage Bank in Mabel’s name to help cover costs of the funeral.
