Joseph Coulter

Joseph M. Coulter, 71, of Circleville, died July 29, 2011 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1941 in Washington Court House, OH the son of Frank and Blanche (Michael) Coulter. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam War, retired from U.S. Postal Service and recently had worked at Kohl’s. Joseph was a member of Chillicothe Baptist Church, Pumpkin Show Band, Great Seal of Ohio Band, Chillicothe, Washington C.H. Community Band and was a board member of Heathergreen condos. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Claude and Don Coulter. Joseph is survived by his wife Deanna (Walker) Coulter, daughter Eliza of Circleville, step children Katie (Haris) Alibasic of Grand Rapids, MI, Anna (Jeremy) Elliott of Orient, Patty (Ken) Dudley of Mansfield and Eric Williamson of Chillicothe, grandchildren Ezra, Olivia, Acacia and Nehemiah Elliott, Miles Wappner, Jakub and Lamija Alibasic. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday August 1, 2011 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Pumpkin Show Band
