Joyce Frazure

Joyce A. “JoAnn” Frasure, 72, of Circleville, died January 9, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West. She was born May 13, 1937 in Earling, WV the daughter of Bernard and Ocie (Williamson) Browning. She was a member of First Church of Christ in Christian Union. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents and brother David Browning. She is survived by her husband Walter Frasure; son Kevin W. (Triena) Frasure of Elwood, IN; step-daughter Ruth (Ivan) Bishop of Circleville; grandchildren Rodney, Kenny, Crystal, Joshua and Zachariah; great-grandchildren Donovan, Layla, Madison and Kelci; sister Susan (John) Thompson of Reynoldsburg and brothers Ron (Dottie) Browning of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Bob (Judy) Browning of Greenup, KY; sisters-in-law Zellie Minnehan and Nellie (John) Bush both of KY. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday January 13, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Muhlenberg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
