Joyce Owens Crager Gibson, 55, passed from this life at 1:31 a.m. September 24, 2013 at home with family. She was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Mary and Kelly Owens, 1 half sister, Kelly Owens, 3 aunts and several dear friends. She is survived by her mother and step father, Anna and Ronald Harber; son, Josh Crager; daughter, Megan Crager; half sister, aunt and uncles, several cousins; step sister, Debbie (Jeff) See and step brother, Michael (Heather) Harber. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday September 27, 2013 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Donations can be made to Berger Hospice in her name.
