Juanita Hanson

Juanita Hanson, 79, of Williamsport passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014 in Circleville. Juanita was born on September 15, 1934 in Ross County to Edward and Violet (Miller) Spangler. She was a retiree from G.E. and worked at Picca and served on the Board there. She served on the Board of Public Affairs of Williamsport and was a member of Methodist Church of Williamsport. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hanson, son, Patrick Allen, daughter Christy Hanson Withers and by brothers, Glen and William Spangler. Juanita is survived by son, Terry (Marlene) Hanson of Williamsport, two granddaughters, Natalie Hanson (Chuck) Byrd, Shawna Withers (Jon) Baumann, 3 great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Xander and Avery, siblings, Floyd (Carol) Spangler, Gale and Douglas Spangler and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Springlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hands for Disabled, Circleville or Williamsport Methodist Church.
