Judy Mays

Biography Judy LaFontaine Mays, 52, of Circleville, died February 17, 2011 at Grant Medical Center, with her family at her side. She was born February 9, 1959 in Circleville to Joseph and Ruth (Norpoth) LaFontaine. Judy graduated from Logan Elm High School in 1977 and was employed for 18 years by Nance’s Dairy Queen of Circleville. Her father and grandparents preceded her in death. She is survived by daughter Kristen and her son (Judy’s grandson) Riley, sons Ryan and Brian, mother and step father Ruth (Jerry) Mogan, sister Joyce of Cincinnati, brothers Joe (Sheryl) of Alabama, John of Cincinnati and James of Circleville. Also surviving are the children’s father Christopher Mays, aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins. Special thanks to friend Richard Marshall and Grant Hospital for their outstanding care. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday February 21, 2011 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
